The grand staircase and the magnificent décor of the Adirondack Bank Grand Lobby, Mezzanine Promenade and Loretta M. Romano Room provide an elegant space for your special celebration.

Main Lobby:
Wedding Photograph Session $125 per hour
(Higher rates for Sundays and Holidays)

Wedding Ceremony $600
- Accommodations for up to 125 guests
- Three hours for your exclusive use! Includes: set up, ceremony, photo session time
- The Stanley provides the podium, microphone/speaker, and lobby furniture.
Wedding Reception $2,800
- Accommodations up to 250 people in the Lobby, Mezzanine Promenade, Tolles Gallery and the Romano Room.
- Includes the use of twenty 2’ square cocktail tables
- Twenty 5’ round banquet tables
- 150 gold banquet chairs
- Ten 6' or 8' banquet tables
- Other lobby furniture on the premises
- Up to a five hour event
Cocktail Reception $1,200
- Accommodations up to 200 people in the Lobby and Mezzanine Promenade
- Includes the use of twenty 2’ square cocktail tables
- 80 chairs
- Eight 6' or 8' banquet tables
- Lobby furniture on the premises
- Up to a three hour event
Romano Room $400
- The Romano Room is an elegant room perfect for rehearsal dinners, showers, and small receptions.
- Accommodations up to 100 people.
- Includes chairs
- 2' X 2'cocktail tables
- Up to twelve 5' round banquet tables
- Up to five 6' or 8' banquet tables
Meeting Functions
The Stanley offers a variety of meeting rooms:
Romano Room
The Romano Room is a comfortable room for board meetings, seminars, and classes for up to 100 people.
$75 per hour (minimum charge: $150)
Hearst Multi-Purpose Room
The Hearst Multi-Purpose room is a flexible space for up to 100 people.
$55 per hour (minimum charge: $110)
Performer’s Lounge Meeting Rates
The Performer’s Lounge is an attractive room for smaller groups up to 16 people.
$40 per hour (minimum charge: $80)
Please Note: There is an additional charge of $2 per person for receptions and parties, and all users must use a caterer from our approved caterer's list. There is a full-service kitchen onsite for use by the caterers. A fee for use of the kitchen will apply.
